How do I get a you to make me an offer?

Is there a fee or any costs involved.
No - we charge no fees for buying your house.

I owe more than my house is worth. Can you help me?
Yes. It is common for banks to accept less than what is owed. It is called a "Short Sale".  We have successfully closed and negotiated over 140 short sales since 2006!

I need to sell my house fast. How long might it take for me to get an offer to sell my house from you?
It could take as little as 24 to 48 hours!

What if my house needs repairs?
We are cash buyers who buy your house as is, where is, and handle all the problems ourselves.

How long might it take to close?
Since we are cash buyers, most closings can take place very quickly.

I'm behind in my loan. Does that matter?
Not at all.

I'm in foreclosure. Does that matter?
Ditto - not at all.

If you buy my house before the bank forecloses, can I save my credit?
Yes. If you sell prior to the foreclosure (aka Trustee Sale) the scary word "FORECLOSURE" should not appear on your credit reports.

Will you buy my house if it's vacant?
Yes, empty, you living there, tenant occupied, whatever - it does not matter.

Will you buy my house if I have a bad tenant in there now?
Yes. We know how to evict bad tenants.

My house is presently listed for sale. Would you still buy my house?
Yes. If the price is right, it makes no difference whether it is listed or not.

If I have moved out of the area do I have to come back into town for a closing?
No, you can complete your end of the closing wherever you are currently located.  If you close with an attorney or title company, you may pick up your check at the closing. If not, it will be mailed to you immediately after the closing completes.
